They got back to me fast and fixed my issue right away, which I appreciated. But the replies felt kind of rushed, and I felt a little dismissed, like they just wanted to close the ticket and move on.

"Good fundraiser, just a little pricey"
I used trails-end.com for my son’s scout popcorn fundraiser, i was happy with how easy it made things for me. I didn’t have to chase people down too much, and sharing the link online was simple. My family out of state could order without bugging me for details, which was a big plus.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the prices are a little high, and I could tell some people backed off once they saw the cost. Still, from my side, it helped my son raise a decent amount quickly, and it worked better than a lot of other fundraisers I’ve had to deal with before.

"Donation went through, just a little confusing"
I donated through Trails-End and, yeah, it worked fine in the end. The page just felt a bit clunky while I was going through it, and I had to pause for a second and double-check where the money was actually going. Not a huge deal, but it wasn’t super clear right away. I did get the receipt with no problem though, so overall... it was okay.

The tracking updates were a bit slower than I expected, to be fair, but my order did arrive on the day they said it would. So I can’t really complain too much, it would just be nice if the tracking refreshed a little faster

I was surprised by how many flavors there were to choose from. Usually someone in my house complains they don’t like any of the options, but this time everyone somehow found one they were happy with, so that basically makes it good in my book.

It showed up later than I expected, though I’m not totally sure where the delay happened. Everything was fine once it arrived, so not a huge deal, just a little inconvenient.

"Pretty much always good"
I’ve ordered from Trails End a handful of times now, and it’s been good every time, so at this point I just assume it’ll be good again. Everything shows up fresh, packed fine, and nothing has had that weird stale taste or anything. I guess that’s not super exciting, but that’s kind of why I keep ordering from them.

"Am I the only one who thought it was just okay?"
I ordered some popcorn from trails-end.com am I the only one who feels like it was a little hit or miss? The caramel flavor was actually good, but the cheese one was way too salty for my taste. It wasn’t bad overall, but I expected it to taste a bit fresher for the price. I might give another flavor a try next time, but this one didn’t totally win me over

"Worked Well for Our Scout Troop"
We used trails-end.com for our scout troop’s popcorn sale, it made the whole thing simple to manage. Getting started didn’t take long, which was a big relief.
The scouts were able to keep an eye on their sales, and parents picked it up without needing a ton of help. We did have one small login issue, but support got us sorted out quickly.
By the end, our troop raised a solid amount of money, and the kids were really excited to see their progress. It wasn’t flawless every single moment, but I’d definitely use it again.

"Finally, popcorn that doesn’t show up stale"
I’ve ordered from trails-end.com a few times now, thank goodness the popcorn has actually shown up fresh every time. I was fully expecting at least one bag to taste stale or weird because shipping snacks can be such a gamble, and it’s so annoying when you pay for something and it arrives tasting like it sat in a warehouse forever.
The bags were sealed really well, and the flavors still had that crisp, fresh taste instead of being sad and chewy. So yeah, no complaints there. I’m happy with it overall and would definitely order again.

"Refund was handled without the ridiculous runaround"
I had a small issue with my order from trails-end.com and thought it was going to turn into a whole ridiculous hassle, but it didn’t at all. I emailed them and they got back to me quickly. They first offered a replacement, and when that wasn’t really going to work for me, they just processed the refund without making it awkward or difficult. I really appreciate when a company just fixes the problem and moves on.

I just assumed it would take a while, so I kind of filed it under “check back later” in my head. Then it showed up way sooner than expected. Shipping was quick and everything went smoothly, no complaints.

"Mostly right, but I had to wait it out"
My order from Trails-End showed up on time, and to be fair, most of it was what I ordered. The main stuff was correct, so I wasn’t totally upset or anything.
But one smaller item was wrong, and getting it fixed took longer than I wanted. It was one of those situations where you’re basically forced to be patient even though it’s their mistake, which is annoying. Not the worst experience, but not smooth either, so 3 stars feels about right...
